"Sent a faulty item and charged for delivery and return"
Sent a faulty item. They tried to charge me for the delivery and return of the item. I had to send multiple emails back and forth saying I should not be penalised for them sending me a faulty item before they agreed not to charge me. They automatically arranged return by UPS collect, without asking my preferred way of returning. They claimed UPS had tried to come collect when they had not. When I told them this they admitted that they actually hadn’t requested for a return by them. I asked if I could return by Royal Mail instead of UPS and they said no and apparently requested a collection from UPS again, who again did not turn up. Again they admitted they had not put the request through. Out of the blue they then sent me a returns label for Royal Mail. All in all hours of admin for a faulty item. Real time waste and terrible customer service. No mention of them compensating me for my inconvenience despite me asking. I recommend avoiding.

"Worst online & customer service experience"
I had the worst experience trying to place an online order on zara home website in uae. I had technical problems to finalise the order and access the payment page. Tried to get help from the online chat, the chat closed in the middle of the conversation. I had to reexplain the problem to 3 different persons and no-one was able to help. I tried everything they told me to do, emptying my cart 2 times and redo it all over again. Took me edges as it was a large order with 10+items... and nothing worked. So frustrating. And the chat kept on closing. Talking to someone over the phone would have been so much easier but there is no phone number and only online service. Horrible experience...

All the bad reviews for zara home related to my experience
bcause i ordered a reed diffuser on zara home website ID (Indonesia), on the next day THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER it said the stock is unavailable. It takes so long to refund my money, more than 14days work (till now) still no progress from the CS. Bad review. Please do not buy anything on their website. JUST DONT.

"Take your money elsewhere"
Just don’t bother with online delivery, if you can go in store and purchase what you’re looking for then do that. Ordered three weeks ago, then the parcel got stuck in limbo as it was ‘too big to deliver’, had to chase up, took them two weeks to reply to my emails where the case still isn’t resolved. It’s an expensive order and I’m still out of pocket. My recommendation is to not order with them - bought things in store before and their products are great, just let down by a terrible online service.

"Terrible"
Terrible. Any company that works with Evri / Hermes should be rated a zero by default and banned from running an e-commerce store.

Placed a large order with more than 20 items totaling over GBP 1,500 as I'm moving into a new house.

Items were lost in transit, replacement was lost in transit and now 2nd replacement is lost in transit as well. It's been a month since the order was placed, and I haven't received anything. The tracking numbers they provide are also fake, as they come up as invalid when tracking on Evri.

Complete and utter garbage.

"Really bad experience and bad customer support"
Bought a white chair from the back storage, it came with a cover, so we assumed it was new. But when we took the cover off at home someone had, among other things, stepped on it with dirty shoes. So the whole white chair was dirty. Customer support didn't want to help with anything and blamed me as a customer for not checking the new chair, which we assumed was new. So we needed to bring it back and then buy a new one and also pay shipping for the new one. Will never buy anything of worth from Zara Home again.

"They change the price"
They change the price . 2 euros for each product. They covered the aold price with a simple targeta ...but unvovered you find the orihinal price. 2 , 3 euros less.

"Horrible company will take your money"
Horrible company will take your money, never contact you or ship your product. You can't call them and no response to e-mail, had to file dispute with bank.

"Inferior towels & lack of goodwill"
The two waffle bath towels I bought from Zara Battersea Power Station (BPS) produced so much fluff in my washing machine that my dark trousers and sweat shirts were covered with fluff in a subsequent wash (and I checked - no tissues were left in my trouser pockets). I went back to Zara BPS to see if I could exchange the towels for something else. Deborah, who attended to me there, said I couldn't without a receipt, which I had misplaced. I was so disappointed I just left the towels there. They were no good to me. My disappointment is not only with the poor quality towels but also with the lack of goodwill from Zara. I will definitely not recommend this store to my friends or members of my family.

"Zara Home Cyprus Where The Manager Is QUEEN"
Dear Zara Management & Shoppers

I am standing right now in the Zara store in the Cyprus mall. I have been the recipient of very bad attitude and behavior from one of your sales representative. At the time I did not know that the very person was the store manager because she did not wear a name badge. Initially I thought this lady is having a bad day but I noticed that I was not the only one who got the stick treatment - abusive and rude.

When the other customer confronted her I heard her respond abruptly and with an offensive tone. I jumped in and said that is not how customers gets treated and when they did not do anything to warrant that behaviour. Then she had a go at me with words I never would have expected coming from management and a store who pride themselves of high quality products. BUT may I add VERY BAD BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

She was rude and out of control. When I told her you don’t speak like this to any customer she just kept on. How terrible.

I also observed that the rest of the staff were scared and afraid of her. No one stepped in to resolve the issue or rescue the situation. I don't blame them...working with someone like that and they may be at the mercy of losing their jobs.

An hour later I was still standing in Zara Home store calling a customer service number and ended speaking to the accounts department who told me that they can't deal with this and I have to write an email. At this point I felt frustrated and abused. even after I bought my items. Still wanted to look at sheets and bedspreads but that now will never happen. I went ahead to send an email. Hopefully, they will respond.

At one point I could only think that this many is racist for many reasons. Later I was told that the impolite Manager is Tamara the queen of Zara Home Cyprus.

The sad thing is that I like Zara Home and travel all the way from Limassol to come to Nicosia and shop there. I have done this for the past five years. Zara Home has lost a customer for life.

How I wished that the shareholders, founders, and owners of Zara Home could feel my disappointment and hurt. No one should be treated that way.

I guess so many Zara Home customers have been at the bad end of poor customer care.

I want Zara Home to take a stand and make that manager to apologise to me in person. That is just the right thing to do. That is if Zara Home founders truly believe in their customers more than profit.

Psst. The customer is QUEEN and not you Tamara.

"Toxic experience"
I am very sad to report that i had the worse customer experience of my life today after visiting ZARA HOME at the MALL of Cyprus in Nicosia.

The branch manager Tamara was super rude to me and to the customer before me. She was acting like a queen, like she owns the place. I asked her to tell me the price of a product and she answered to me in anger and irony. She was also very rude to other members of the staff, she used scare tactics on her.

This toxic experience has made me sick, how can it be possible the branch manager of a huge international brand to treat the customers and staff in such a demeaning way?

I was a big fun of the brand but after this experience i had today i feel that i don't want to ever step foot in a ZARA HOME store again in my life.

I am very disappointed with the way she treated me, i demand ZARA HOME to reply to my email and to inform me on what actions they will take.

"Absolutely horrendous customer service"
Absolutely horrendous customer service, they made an error on the order and are refusing to help resolve it because it’s apparently their policy. I’m not surprised by all the other bad reviews.
