I went in just to grab some towels and somehow left with a candle too. The store was clean and easy to look around, and the staff helped me figure out the sizes. It’s not the cheapest place, but the quality does feel good

I ordered a few bits for the house from Zara Home and wasn’t totally sure they’d arrive in time for the weekend. But the delivery updates were clear enough, and the parcel did show up on the day they said it would. No chasing around, no random delay, which I definitely appreciated. Everything was packed properly too. It was a simple order and a simple delivery, so I can’t really fault it. I’d probably order again.

I bought a duvet cover and two mugs, i’m annoyed. The duvet cover felt nice at first, but after washing it, the fabric turned rough and cheap-feeling. One of the mugs chipped with totally normal use too. For what I paid, it kind of felt like I was begging for basic quality, which left me feeling resentful. Definitely not worth the money.

I placed my order earlier today, and everything went through really fast. The payment part only took a minute or two, and I didn’t run into any issues at all. it was a smooth experience from start to finish.

I had to exchange a cushion cover, and while it did eventually get sorted, it took way longer than I expected. The waiting around was frustrating, especially since support was only okay and didn’t really make the process feel any smoother...

I reached out to customer service the replies took way too long. When they finally got back to me, the answers didn’t really help much either. Kind of frustrating because what was I supposed to do, just keep waiting??

It looks really nice in person and feels solid when you hold it, so I figure it should last a while. I haven’t really tested it much yet, but since it feels sturdy, that’s good enough for me

I recently picked up a few towels and a bed cover from Zara Home, and I was actually happy with the order. It’s not exactly the cheapest place to shop, but once everything arrived, it felt like the quality was a little better than what I’d paid for. The towels stayed soft after washing, which is always the real test for me, and the bed cover looks really nice in the room without trying too hard. Delivery was totally fine too, not super speedy, but nothing went wrong. Overall, I like that their stuff has that slightly more expensive feel without being too over the top. I’d definitely order again, especially for basics or if there’s a sale.

The person on chat was really friendly and, yeah, sorted out a return label quickly, so it wasn’t a big hassle in the end. I’m giving 4 stars because the first reply took a little while and the delivery updates weren’t exactly super clear. But overall, the service was helpful and easy to deal with

I do like the overall style of the site, and maybe it’s just me, but finding what I’m looking for takes longer than it should. The menus are fine for the most part, but there are a few too many clicks, and it’s kind of frustrating when filters reset after I go back. Search works okay sometimes, but not consistently enough. It’s not a bad experience, I just feel like browsing could be smoother, right?

I do like some of the pieces at Zara Home, and their style definitely catches my eye. But i find a lot of it overpriced for what it is. Some items feel basic, so when you add the delivery costs and the returns process on top, it just starts to feel a bit unreasonable to me. I’m happy to spend more when something feels really well-made or special, but in this case, the value doesn’t quite add up in my opinion...

The box showed up ripped and dirty, which was disappointing. I get that things happen during shipping, but it feels like basic care should be taken to make sure a customer gets their order in decent condition.
